OOPS, Microsoft yanks Windows 8.1 Update
Microsoft has pulled temporarily its recently released Windows RT 8.1 update from the Windows Store because a vaguely explained "situation."

Microsoft pulled the RT 8.1 update some time in the morning on October 19 — as reported by WinBeta.org — two days after it first made it available for download by existing Windows RT users.

Microsoft spokeperson says, "Microsoft is investigating a situation affecting a limited number of users updating their Windows RT devices to Windows RT 8.1. As a result, we have temporarily removed the Windows RT 8.1 update from the Windows Store. We are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. We will provide updates as they become available."

Lamborghini Veneno Roadster Announced, Costs $5.3 Million

Lamborghini has announced a new convertible version of their Veneno, the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster which will retail for a cool $1 million more than the hard top version, at $5.3 million US dollars.

The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is an all wheel drive supercar which is made from carbon fiber and comes with a massive 750 hp, giving it a 0-60 times of just 2.9 seconds.


Google Beats Q3 Analyst Estimates Results, Passes $1000/share
Wall Street analysts always read the tea leaves to come up with predictions of how a company will perform each quarter. If said company does better, investors are happy. If it does worse, investors are angry. The financial system is really based on our primal urges. Today, investors are very happy with Google. The company that spawned Android announced Q3 earnings last night that beat expectations, and the markets are going wild – Google stock is currently trading over $1000 per share.
